VISA REFUSAL & CANCELLATION
Australian visas can be refused for a number of reasons, but mainly come down to how DIBP interpret whether you meet the requirements for the grant of a visa or not. Likewise, visas are also subject to cancellation if certain conditions and requirements applicable after the grant of your visa have not been met.
Visa refusals and cancellations have a very limited window to appeal the decision therefore it is very important to act fast if visa is refused or cancelled due to breach of condition.
We will review the facts of your case and outline whether we think there is a chance of the decision being overturned. We will then represent your case at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and advise what further pathway you may undertake.
If you decide to have RTC Migration Services act on your behalf, please book a consultation with one of our migration advisors who will guide you through the appeals process. In the consultation we can give you an indication of the overall prospects of success and likely issues in your case, as well as any alternative visa pathways.
